In Loving Memory of Lana Murray, 67

Lana Murray lived her life with a fierce heart and a love that never stopped giving. She faced every hardship with courage, and she poured her whole soul into her family. Her strength, her humor, and her kindness touched everyone who knew her.

Lana was preceded in death by her parents Karen Sue Holland, and Donald Edward Dawson, her sister, Edith Fowler, and brother Tom Holland.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Kevin Murray, Lana is also remembered by her father‑in‑law Phillip Murray and mother‑in‑law Lorine Murray, who cherished her deeply.

Lana leaves behind her children — Timothy Spurgeon, (Patty Spurgeon),Janie Talley, (Cedric Talley),Tasha Hall, (Dustin Houston), and Belinda Spurgeon, — each of whom she loved with everything she had.

Her grandchildren — Darius Hall, Dylan Kiser, Andrew Kiser, Brianna Evans, CJ Talley, Maddie Spurgeon, and Brianna Mejia , Brandon Bryant— were the brightest lights in her life. She carried their dreams and their futures in her heart.

Lana leaves behind her sister Donna Dawson, and brother Aaron Dawson, and also Kathy Murray, who held a special place in her heart.

Her nieces and nephews — Karen Bates, Mary Bates, Tisha Rushton, Trisha Auten , Dallas Varwig, and Garrett Varwig, — will forever remember her warmth, her laughter, and the way she made everyone feel welcome.

Lana’s legacy is simple and powerful: love your family, stand strong, and give from your heart. Her memory will live on in every life she touched.
