December 09, 1936 -- March 13, 2026

Lori Jornadal, Age:89

Lori Jornadal, 89, of The Colony, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving husband, Conrad, and her devoted sons, Joseph, Jerry, and Jeff.
Born on December 9, 1936, in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines, Lori was the beloved youngest daughter of Florencio and Engracia Perez. From an early age, she was known for her kindness, warm sense of humor, and selfless nature; always putting the needs of others before her own.
At the age of 31, Lori traveled to Hawaii, where she was lovingly “set up” by her dear friend Onie to meet her future husband, Conrad Jornadal. Their connection was immediate, and they were married on August 5, 1968. They began right away to build a beautiful life and family. Their firstborn son, Joseph, arrived in 1969, followed by their daughter, Judith, one year later. The family moved to the mainland in 1973, where they welcomed their son Jerry, and in 1975, their youngest son, Jeff, completed the family.
Lori devoted herself wholeheartedly to raising her four children while also working full-time in the aerospace industry, a testament to her strength, resilience, and unwavering dedication. She will be remembered most for her loving heart, generosity, and joyful laughter. Lori found her greatest happiness in caring for her family, especially in spoiling her four grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing mah jong and had a remarkable gift for forming instant connections, particularly with fellow Filipinos. With a simple, warm “Pilipino ka yo?” she could turn a stranger into a lifelong friend.
Though the family spent many years in California, Lori later made her home in the Dallas, Texas area, where she was lovingly cared for by her husband and sons. No matter where she lived, her ability to make friends and touch lives never faded.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Conrad Jornadal; her children, Joseph Jornadal, Judith Phillingane, Jerry Jornadal, and Jeff Jornadal; and her cherished grandchildren, Jacob Jornadal, Joshua Jornadal, Hallel Jornadal, and Anna Phillingane, all of whom will carry her
memory forward with deep love.
A funeral Mass celebrating Lori’s life will be held on April 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Linus Catholic Church in Norwalk, California. All who knew and loved her are warmly invited to attend and honor her memory.
Sa aming mga puso, ang mga alaala ay mananatili magpakailanman. Maraming salamat sa mga alaala at pagmamahal na ibinigay ninyo sa amin. Magpahinga ka nang mapayapa,
Asawa, Nanay at Lola.
