Donna Wilson of Van Alystne, Texas went to meet our Lord and Savior on February 19, 2026. She was

born June 03, 1950 as a twin in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to James Frederick Copley and Hazel Agnes

Roper. Upon graduating in 1968 from Saint Jo Texas High School she attended Southwestern Assembly

of God college in Waxahachie, Texas.

She loved spending time outdoors, and adored the company of her pets. She worked until retirement

in the insurance industry, in which she made many friends and loved the travel aspects of the job.

She married her partner in mischief Ivan Wilson on May 07, 1988.

She was beloved by her friends, many neighbors and coworkers she had throughout the years, and

enjoyed helping others.

She is survived by brother Johnny L Copley, sr and wife Pat of Frisco, Texas, nephew Chris Gann and

wife Kristi, nephew Johnny L Copley, jr and wife Kim, niece Angel Moore, and husband Jim, and niece

Shirley Copley, as well as numerous cousins, great nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, James and Hazel Copley of Saint Jo, husband Ivan Wilson

of Jefferson City, Tennessee, twin brother Donald Ray Copley of Saint Jo, and sister Patricia Ann

Copley of Saint Jo.

Her final wish was to not have a public funeral and burial. There will be a Family Memorial service
