With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Derwin Wayne Martin, who went home to be with the Lord on January 27 in Dallas, Texas.

Derwin was a devoted Christian pastor, a faithful servant of God, and a steady source of prayer, guidance, and compassion to everyone he met. He lived his life with purpose—pointing people to Christ, encouraging others through hard times, and loving his family with a full and steady heart.

He is survived by his sons: Christopher, Joshua, and Caleb, and his daughter Ashley. He is also survived by his mother, Charlie May, and his siblings Kassandra, Deborah, Kenneth, Janice, and Gail.
