Rebecca Ann Fisher of Farmers Branch, Texas. Born August 8,1952 in Massillon, Ohio. Becky passed away on December 18, 2025 after a short fight with lung cancer. She was preceded in death by her mother Lillian and father Raymond and her dear companions Domino, Cinnamon and Chloe. She is survived by a countless number of friends along with her brother Kevin Fisher of Richardson, Texas.
While living in Ohio, she worked for Massillon Chamber of Commerce and Ohio Edison.
After moving to Texas she worked for Atlas Powder Company and MBNA.
Becky was a giver. She generously gave her time to those she loved and causes she was drawn to. She cared deeply about this earth and how we would leave it to future generations. She volunteered with the Sierra Club for 30+ years. While at MBNA she worked on a committee planning Earth Day Activities. Becky spent much of her time volunteering at Metro Crest, a nonprofit organization, devoted to helping families in need. She deeply loved animals, which led her to rescue a few dogs and volunteer as Chair on the Animal Advisory Committee in Farmers Branch. She worked the campaign for a mayor or two of Farmers Branch and worked the polls during elections. Becky also volunteered many evenings with the Citizens on Patrol in Farmers Branch.
Becky loved New Mexico. She will be taken to Abiquiu, New Mexico for her final resting place.
She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 8th from 2-4pm at The Branch Connection, Longhorn Ballroom, 14055 Dennis Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. Please wear your purple, Becky’s favorite color.

Kevin & Becky's friends, I'm heartbroken to lose such a good friend. She's out of pain now & for that I'm grateful! I believe all dogs go to heaven & she's enjoying the reunion as well as with her family & friends! I loved her so & we had such good times. I'll be looking forward to my reunion with her when my time comes. Special prayers for you, Kevin, may God bless you & bring you comfort!
