In loving memory Milton (Rusty) Hefner born 9/2/1950 was called home 7/28/2025. He served in the United States Navy rank Seaman 1st Class. He was a Loving Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Milton was a very hard worker from childhood to almost time when he was called home. 

Milton is proceeded in death of his parents Roy A. and Lillian Hefner. His brother Dean Rhea Hefner. His wife Joyce Hefner. 

Milton is survived by his Daughters Chrystina Jackson Bailey and Andrea (Bobby) Carr. Grandchildren Elijah,Jeff ,Mari (David) Foster, Joseph Carr. Step Grandchildren April Carr, Bj (Brandi) Carr, and Steven Carr. Several Great Grandchildren and several Cousins. Longtime friend Duane.

Milton will have a Memorial Service at a later date.
