Nancy (Zetzman) Blakeborough, 83, of Fairview, TX, (formerly of Wills Point, TX), passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025. She was born on November 17, 1941, in Minneapolis, MN, to parents Warren Zetzman and Mildred McGuire. Nancy graduated from Academy of Holy Angels in Richfield, MN. On August 13, 1960, she married Robert Blakeborough at St. Peters Catholic Church in Richfield, MN.

Nancy worked as an x-ray technician and enjoyed baking and decorating cakes throughout the years. She was proud of her early years as a race car driver, participating in “powder puff” races where she often drove her husband’s hobby stock car to a first-place finish. Despite growing up in the city, she quickly adapted to life on the farm where she partnered with her husband to build multiple family homes, manage livestock, and provide homes for many adopted dogs. With her husband, she co-owned and operated a successful farm machinery business, Economy Sales, which they relocated from Royalton, MN, to Wills Point, TX, in 1978. They have four children, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Mildred Zetzman; brother, Michael Zetzman; and great-grandson Remington Grey Rasco.

Nancy is survived by her brother, Wayne Zetzman; sons Allen Blakeborough (Artemia) and Brian Blakeborough; daughters Karen Rasco and Robin Blakeborough; grandsons Gavin Rasco (Stacie), Brennan Blakeborough, Hayden McCormick and Cole McCormick; granddaughters April Jones (Kevin), Kinley Blakeborough and Micki McCormick; and great-grandchildren Camdyn, Tinley, Emersyn, Teagan, Karsyn and Corbin.

A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 30, in the chapel at St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen, TX – with a luncheon reception to follow in the parish hall.
