Joshua Gavin Busby, Age:43
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father, husband, and brother Joshua Gavin Busby, who passed away peacefully on March 18, 2025 at the age of 43 of Duchenne Muscular Dystropy.
Born in Mobile, Alabama on June 25, 1981, Joshua was a kind and compassionate soul, always ready with a helping hand and a warm smile. He loved the Lord, and committed his life to serving Him. He was also a devoted family man, a passionate mentor, and a true friend to all who knew him.
Joshua is survived by his wife: Christina Busby, his son: Daniel Busby, his 2 sisters: Danielle Busby and Tiffiney Busby, his Paw- Paw: Arnold Gavin Finch, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and many beloved friends. Joshua is proceeded in death by his father: Jimmy Busby, his mother Cyntheia Finch-Busby, his brother: Jimmy Busby Jr., his Maw-Maw Thelma Finch and his father-in-law Ronnie Neal Jr. .
A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 10 A.M. at First Baptist Garland in Garland, Texas. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to: https://gofund.me/8056c316.
