Sering passed away peacefully September 6th, 2024 in Carrolton, TX after complications from pneumonia.
Hope was born to Elmer and Bessie Kumler of Bellflower, Ill. She married Roland Sering in 1963 who preceded her in death in 2018. Hope was also preceded in death by her sister and all four of her brothers. Roland and Hope lived in Peoria, Ill. They moved to Suttgart, AR in 1969 where they were members of Grand Avenue United Methodist Church and lived in Higden, AR from 1995 to 2018. After the death of her husband, Hope lived in Plano and McKinney, TX.
Hope loved cooking, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
Hope is survived by her son Chris Sering and daughter-in-law Linda Nolte as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Hope was loving, kind, gentle, joyful, and loved to laugh. She will be missed by all who knew her.
