Jessie Mansur was born on June 18, 1964 in Puerto Rico and passed away on August 25, 2024. She was raised in Hoboken, NJ by her parents Hector and Virgen Velazquez. She was a proud resident of Hoboken and was a 1982 graduate of Hoboken High School. She met her husband Jorge Mansur on January 6, 1986, and then they married on December 22, 1986. In 2009 Jorge and Jessie moved to Justin, Texas. She enjoyed spending time with her emotional support dog named Max. They have three wonderful children Hector, Luzmeilyn, Christy and seven grandchildren. Jessie worked as a dedicated medical office manager for 24 years. In 2001, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After 20 years of being cancer free they found a rare cancer that unfortunately took her life. During her fight she always had the ability to make everyone smile. She was always there for her friends and family, especially when they needed her the most. She loved her sisters Iris, Nilda, Flor, Blanca, Margaret and shared many moments in the kitchen over the stove enjoying their authentic Puerto Rican recipes and baking. She was well travelled and explored many different locations with her husband Jorge such as Mexico, Italy, Germany, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands and Puerto Rico. She was the best thing that ever happened to me, we will never forget you, love you forever, Jorge, Meilyn, Hector and Christy. 

Revelation 21:4 in the Bible states, "I PRAY OVER THOSE WHOSE TEAR ARE FRESH IN THEIR EYES RIGHT NOW, FOR THOSE WHO ARE MOURNING, FOR THOSE WHO ARE CRYING OR IN PAIN IN ANY WAY IN THIS FALLEN, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.
