It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of a wonderful father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend, Jason Allen Vance. Jason, 43, of Royse City, TX passed away on June 22, 2024.
Jason was born on February 10, 1981 to Roger Vance and Anita Balogh.
This sweet soul left an indelible mark of his love and loyalty on our hearts. As a pillar of strength and a beacon of love, his absence leaves a void in all of his friends’ and family’s hearts. Knowing Jason was truly a gift; he made everyone feel like one in a million, was everyone’s number one fan, the purveyor of laughs and good times. Heaven is surely brighter and has a lot more laughter with him there.
In 2010, Jason met Erika and began an unprecedented love story. Together, Jason and Erika raised their daughter Destini and watched with profound love and admiration as she grew into an incredible young woman.
After many years of working in the construction industry, Jason truly loved his work at M13 and was on a trajectory to accomplish even greater things. In fact, he loved his job and coworkers so much, he had stated he may never want to retire.
