India Wilson was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to everyone she met. She received her angel wings and left this world early on July 1, 2024, at age 78.
She was born to Ernest and Theresa Weaver on Oct 9, 1945, in Fort Worth Texas where she spent her entire life. She was a Member of Word of Praise Faith Center where she enjoyed reading, studying and sharing God’s love with her second family.
Her love of animals was evident as her home always had dogs & fish and her yard became home to ducks, chickens, squirrels and even her cherished Pig Isabella.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Wilson and her oldest daughter Faith Brock. She is survived by her daughter, April Wilson and son, James Wilson. Early in life she was the fun Mom whose house all the kids gravitated to. Then she became Granma to everyone. She has more grandchildren than you can count, some related and most “adopted” as she would say, but they all brought joy to her life.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2pm Saturday, July 6th at Word of Faith Praise Center 5713 Wilkes Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76119
In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Stroke Association at www.stroke.org

I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, April. You have lost your dad, your sister and now your mom. My heart goes out to you. I know how dear they were to you. You are BEST DAUGHTER that anyone could have, the way you cared for them. God Bless You in the coming months to settle her affairs. Praying you will be reunited with them someday.
