🌹 Obituary for Cindy Richardson Holliday (1957–2024) 🌹

Cindy Richardson Holliday, age 66 of Ben Wheeler, Texas, passed away on June 28, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on October 26, 1957, Cindy touched the lives of many through her vibrant spirit and unwavering love for life and music.

Cindy’s love for playing the piano began at an early age and she spent her life sharing her talents with friends and fellow musicians alike. Cindy was an active member of Living for the Brand Cowboy Church in Athens, TX where she loved playing the keyboard in the worship band and praising Jesus with her beloved church family and friends.

Cindy enjoyed traveling and spending time with family, creating lasting memories with those she held dear.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David “Doc” Holliday and her parents, Gilbert B Richardson III and Betty Richardson.

Cindy is survived by her four children: April Tolbert (husband Tim), Robert Day (wife Briean), Chris Day (wife Naomi), and Gage Marshall (wife Penny). Also, her brother Nathan Richardson (wife Laurie), her sister Brenda Guidry (husband Randy), and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews that she cherished dearly.

Cindy was a faithful member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Evadale Chapter #1111.

She will be remembered for her contagious free spirit, unwavering love of her family and the joy she brought to others.
