Connie Jean Hawkins, 70, of Copeville, Texas passed away suddenly on November 24, 2022 with her husband and her daughter by her side. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn McLean; father, Virgil McLean and eldest daughter, Tracy. 

Connie is survived by her loving friends and family, including her husband of 52 years, William Hawkins; daughter, Shelly McCullough (Ben Lewis); son, Jason Hawkins (Susan); sisters: Bonnie Haddon (Rich) and Lynn McLean; brother, Timothy Shields; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. 

Connie enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the casino, crocheting, fishing and spending time with family. 

Connie and Bill lived together in their small Copeville Community for 40 years. She will be deeply missed by many.
