Henry (Rick) Carrizales 10/14/1939 – 08/28/2021
Rick was born in Corsicana, TX, on 10/14/1939 to Henry and Maria (Lupe) Carrizales; upon graduating high school, he volunteered to serve his country for the next 24 years in the United States Army. He had multiple tours in the US/Europe/Viet Nam; he retired honorably after incurring a number of injuries (for which he was awarded the Purple Heart, Bronze Stars and numerous other combat and non-combat decorations).
Rick loved all that Montana had to offer, and lived life to the fullest, whether camping, fishing, and hiking at one his favorite lakes or just target practice in the pasture with his family and friends
Following a brief, courageous battle with an aggressive pneumonia and surrounded by his loving family, Rick was taken up in God’s warm embrace; his passing was peaceful. his pain has ended, and his rest will be eternal.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and leaves behind his wife, Anita (Marsh), children Rosalyn (Mireles), Christopher, Angela, Eric and Elizabeth, a brother Albert, sisters Lydia (Mendez), Cindy (Mitchell) and Carmen (Goode), as well as great/grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a few close friends.
A service with full military honors will held at a future date.
