Justin Sunil Lall, 33 years old, Dallas, TX, peacefully departed from this world on August 19, 2020 due to complications arising from liver disease. He was born in Houston, TX, on September 27, 1986.

Justin was a loving son, a fiercely loyal friend, and an exceptional games player. He was a bridge prodigy and poker enthusiast. His love for bridge began at the age of 8 years old and he became a top professional player for the rest of his life. A partial list of his highest accomplishments include Grand National Teams, age 19, 2006, Bermuda Bowl (Silver Medal) 2011, three National Pairs titles 2011, 2012, 2017, Grand Life Master at age 25 (youngest ever at that time) 2012.

He was a beautiful person, inside and out. His brilliance, larger-than-life attitude, and unmatched sincerity will always be missed and never forgotten. He enriched the lives of everyone around him. He left us too soon.

He is survived by his fiancé, Stefanie Scott, her son, Aiden, parents, Hemant and Jan Lall, sister, Jessica Lall, brother-in-law, Luke O’Dea, and niece, Arya Jane O’Dea.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held via Zoom to honor Justin’s unparalleled life of love and generosity to family, lifetime friends, and all who came in contact with him at the bridge table. The tribute date is September 27, 2020, 12:00 CST. A link will soon be provided via email to all invitees
