Kevin Eugene Silvey of Rowlett, Texas passed away Friday July 24, 2020. He was born April 8, 1963 and was 57 years old.

An avid hunter and fisherman most of his life. Kevin was a man of many talents. Whether it was working on guns, to making knives, projects with his grandson or working on cars, there was nothing he couldn’t do.

He was funny, smart and the type of man that would do anything to help someone out. His friends and family would describe Kevin also known to them as Si, as stubborn, strong-willed, genuine, loyal and trustworthy.

Kevin was a wonderful and loving husband and father but his number one love was his grandson. His relationship with his grandson was truly something special and Papaw was always #1 if you asked either one of them.

Kevin is survived by his wife of 26 years Terry of Rowlett. His daughter Kelly Walker and husband Zak of Caddo Mills and #1 grandson Landon Walker. Parents Gene and Phoebe Silvey of McKinney. Brother Jeff Silvey and wife Betty. Sister Lori and husband David Dietz and nephews Matt and Aaron. Along with many other friends and family.
