Carmel Roseann Miserak passed away on July 10^th in Dallas, Texas after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.   Carmel was born in Scranton PA, to Sam and Anne Bifano on October 8^th, 1938.   Carmel married Gregory Miserak in Jessup, PA on May 12, 1962 and were married for 51 years.    They called Rochester, NY Plano, TX, San Jose, CA, Lake Kiowa and McKinney, TX home over the years.   An avid traveler, Carmel and her husband Greg took many ocean cruises and toured the world.   

Carmel is proceeded in death by her husband, Gregory Miserak.   She leaves behind a son, Mark Miserak and daughter Cheryl Farley and five grandsons Jake, Jantzen, Jace Miserak, Brendan, Cameron Farley, and daughter in-law Connie Miserak and son in-law Dan Farley.  

The family would like to thank all the staff at Highland Springs and Medical City Plano who have helped Mom through the years and provided such wonderful care.   In leu of flowers, the family wishes that donation be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
