Debra Harrison, Age:71

Debra Kay Harrison, 71, passed away Monday January 29, 2024 at North Park Health and Rehabilitation center in McKinney TX, surrounded by family.

Debbie was born August 6, 1952 in Minneapolis MN to the late Robert Melvin Teare and Georgia Jean Teare. She went to school at Burkburnett High School and graduated with the class of 1970. She married Darrell Stafford February 27, 1971 and later moved to Carthage TX with their children Robert and Angela Stafford. Debbie graduated college at Panola college and worked as a librarian at the Sammy Brown Library in Carthage TX. She was an active member of Central Baptist Church in Carthage TX where she taught Sunday School and worked with GA’s.

She remarried in 2002 to Micheal Harrison of Bridgeport TX. She retired in 2002 and she and Mike moved to Plano to be near family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Melvin Teare and Georgia Jean Teare, sister Trudi Teare, and brother David Teare.

She is survived by her husband Micheal Harrison, son Robert Stafford and wife Laura, Daughter Angela Stafford, sister Loralyn Gallant and husband Brian, grandchildren Taylor Smith and husband Clayton, Charlee Stafford, Austin Stafford, Addyson Stafford, and Anabelle Stafford. Great Grandchildren, Mason Smith, Sabrina Smith, Kylo Smith, and Cassian Smith. Nieces and nephew, Heather Hatch, Autumn Houston, Savannah Teare, Eric Gallant, and Emma Gallant.

A memorial for family will be held in spring at graveside in Mena Arkansas.
