ROCHE, Patricia Marilyn

 74, formerly of Cleveland, TX, died Saturday, October 9, at a home health care residence in Plano, TX. Patricia Roche was born April 11, 1947, in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Charlotte Louise Morningstar and William Sylvester Roche; sister of the late James Gilmore Roche and Lorelei Roche Jackson. Patricia lived most of her adult life in the Houston, TX area, including Humble, Kingwood and Cleveland. Before retirement, she was employed as a legal secretary/assistant at several law firms providing support in all aspects of civil litigation, insurance defense and other areas.  Patricia was an avid animal lover and volunteered many hours at humane societies.  Her other interests over the years included work with the Texas Gulf Coast Bull Terrier Club and dog and horse showing.  Survivors include brother-in-law, John Jackson, of Cleveland, TX; sister-in-law, Shirley A. Waldhour Roche, of Bella Vista, Arkansas; niece, Nancy A. and Michael V. Bassett of Plano, TX; niece Elizabeth A. Goins of Bella Vista, Arkansas; one great-niece, three great-nephews and one great-grandniece. The family will hold a private memorial service in November.
